No hyphens or underscores are allowed except if needed in the image title:

CG – Color General
CC – Color Creative
NA – Nature
CA - Color Assignment
MA - Monochrome Assignment
Class Abbreviations:
BE – Beginner
AD – Advanced
SA – Salon
ST – Star
Club Abbreviation:
LCC – Livonia
Last Name – First Name: Smith Joe
Please - no middle initials and be consistent – do not use Joe Smith one time and then Joseph Smith another. Choose either Joe or Joseph.
Title of File: The file name can use hyphens if necessary, for instance,
Black-capped Chickadee. Do NOT use any symbols or special characters, including “#” or “/” or “\” or any others in your file name. There are a lot of “/” used for dates in slide names and “#” used for #1, #2, #3, etc. However, since the PC and the web server use these “symbols” to signify a subdirectory and the “#” will definitely cause the web server to truncate file names at the “#” sign, you will have to find another way of naming your files. Instead of Blue Bird #1 – make it Blue Bird 1. If the maker uses a date in their file, perhaps 093005 or 09302005 would work for 9/30/05.
Use only spaces between your words in your file name:
MG BE LCC Smith Joseph Black-capped Chickadee.jpg
CG BE LCC Smythe Dennis Blue Bird 1.jpg
